Hello there, I was just checking into my wiki real quick. Just had a great workout! I am going on a cruise to Jamaica this coming Saturday so I am pushing it a little so that I look my best for my trip. I live in a very small house and I needed to find a workout that both maintained my figure and weight and which also did not require a large space in which to exercise. Since I have been an exotic dancer off and on for years, it occurred to me that what keeps me lean and trim when I am working in clubs is all of the dancing that I do. Pole dancing, lap dancing, floor moves, etc. Well I don't have a pole at home yet but I do have enough space to do my floor routine. After I started doing this every day I thought to myself, you know this could make a great workout for other women who want a low or no impact semi-aerobic exercise regimen. So I have started writing a book, with a accompanying video to demonstrate the descriptions of the moves. It's really easy and it's a great way to get in touch with your sensual side while doing something great for your body and mind. Well that is the premise for this wiki. I was hoping to have had more of my wiki done by now but between travel plans and homework I have not really had the time. I will post up some vid here soon to demonstrate what I am talking about.
